Internship in Business Strategy & Transformation – HQ Stockholm, Sweden
This is an internship for an active student of related Bachelor or Master programs at Swedish and European universities.
Start date 1 February 2027 – duration 6 months – full time

About the roles:
Our Business Strategy & Transformation internship opportunities offer active students the chance to gain real-world experience at Electrolux Group Headquarters in Stockholm. As an intern, you may work within teams focused on business strategy, investor relations, sustainability reporting, ecosystem development, or business transformation.
You will gain firsthand experience of how strategic priorities are translated into action and long-term business impact. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support key initiatives, contribute to projects, and develop a broad understanding of how a global organization drives growth, innovation, and transformation.
What you’ll do:
Your responsibilities will depend on your business area and may include:
- Support strategic initiatives, business analyses, reporting activities, transformation projects, and process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how business priorities, market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth objectives influence decision-making.
- Analyze data, trends, and performance indicators to generate insights and support recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen governance, enhance efficiency, and support organizational transformation.
- Gain exposure to how a global organization operates across functions, regions, and markets while building relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop professional skills through hands-on experience, project ownership, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues
We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for the Electrolux Group.
Who you are:
- You are an active student enrolled in an ongoing degree program (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Management or related field.
- Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date December 2027 or later.
- Passionate about building a career in Strategy, Sustainability, Business Transformation, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Project Management, or related areas.
- Comfortable working with data, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, EU/EEA citizenship, Swedish permanent residence, or a valid Swedish residence and work permit that does not require employer sponsorship. The Electrolux Group does not provide visa or relocation support for internships. You must remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date December 2027 or later.
Where you’ll be:
You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global headquarters, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
