Internship in International Mobility - Digitalization & Analytics

In short, Bosch creates ​technology that is “Invented for life.” Main Responsibilities: Assist in handling visa-related data requests for inbound and outbound mobility activities. Prepare and organize documents required for visa applications and International Mobility processes. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of visa applications. Maintain and update inbound and outbound mobility checklists. Support data preparation, maintenance, and validation related to International Mobility activities. Handle document and data-related requests from relevant stakeholders. Carry out ad-hoc tasks related to International Mobility activities as required. Project Involvement: Support in digitalization and process improvement projects Support in data analytics and reporting projects Basic knowledge of data analysis and data interpretation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Canva. Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is a plus. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Good communication and organizational skills. Proactive and willing to learn. Ability to commit for 4-6 months of compulsory internship ( please indicate the official internship period in the resume ). Preferably start by September.
