Job Description

Join Accenture’s Industry & Enterprise Insurance team and gain hands-on experience helping leading insurers in Belgium transform their business to meet the challenges of tomorrow. As an intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing Insurance team that works with top-tier clients to shape innovative strategies, optimize operations, and drive digital transformation.

You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry experts, supporting projects across areas such as operational efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and process innovation. Throughout your internship, you will gain valuable exposure to consulting methodologies, the insurance industry, and real client challenges while developing your analytical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic and operational consulting projects for insurance clients
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking activities
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and workshop materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to innovative solutions
• Research industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in insurance
• Support internal initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and thought leadership within the Insurance team
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions where appropriate

Your Background

We're looking for motivated students who are eager to learn and gain experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French
• Genuine interest in the insurance sector and digital transformation
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
