This is an internship for an active student of related Bachelor or Master programs at Swedish and European universities.

About the roles:
Our Marketing - Experience Marketing - Product Category Management Internship Program offers active students the opportunity to gain real-world experience at Electrolux Group Headquarters in Stockholm.
As an intern, you will work within a Marketing, Experience Marketing, or Product Category team and gain firsthand experience of how consumer insights, product innovation, and commercial strategies shape the products and experiences we bring to market. You will collaborate with professionals across functions, support ongoing initiatives, and contribute to projects that help strengthen our brands, product portfolios, and customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
Your responsibilities will depend on your business area and may include:
- Gaining hands-on experience: Support marketing initiatives, product launches, portfolio activities, consumer experience projects, market analyses, and other business priorities.
- Growing your business acumen: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how consumer insights, innovation, and commercial strategies shape business decisions.
- Understanding the consumer: Analyze data, trends, customer feedback, and performance indicators to help translate insights into recommendations and actions.
- Showing your creativity: Contribute fresh perspectives and ideas to improve products, customer experiences, marketing activities, and ways of working.
- Boosting your networking skills: Gain exposure to how a global organization operates across regions, functions, and markets while building relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Learning from the experts: Develop professional skills and confidence through hands-on experience, mentorship, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.
You will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to ask questions, learn fast, and contribute.
We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for the Electrolux Group.
Who you are:
- You are an active student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Product Management, Consumer Behaviour, or a related field.
· Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date December 2027 or later.
- Passionate about building a career in Marketing, Product Management, Category Management, Consumer Experience, or Commercial Strategy.
- Curious about consumers, products, brands, and market trends.
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into recommendations.
- Structured, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.

Where you’ll be:
You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
