Internship (m/f/d) Consulting Sports

Are you passionate about sports and looking to gain varied experience in e-commerce through an internship?

Join our Sports Consulting team starting in February 2027. Our clients include renowned clubs from Germany’s Bundesliga as well as leading organisations in other sports. We look forward to receiving your application!

What you can expect:

• Gain detailed insight into the day-to-day work of sports ticketing consultancy and get to know our internal business processes
• Help set up and manage individual events and league fixtures in our ticketing system
• Support and advise our sports event organisers on customer management using our CRM system
• Assist with client projects and provide on-site support
• Help promote sports events, for example by ensuring visibility on www.eventim.de, and contribute to cross-functional online marketing projects in sports, including CRM, performance marketing and marketing technologies
• Prepare and analyse reports and key business metrics, and actively support fulfilment processes

What you bring:

• You are studying business, business informatics, sports economics or a related subject
• You have a strong interest in sports, an affinity for IT and good Microsoft Office skills
• You show initiative and have a strong customer focus
• You are a quick learner
• A good command of English is an advantage, but not essential
• You are available to support our team for six months
