In diesem 12-monatigen, praxisorientierten Studierendenprogramm tauchst du in die faszinierende Welt von Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Innovation bei Swisscom NET ein. Du arbeitest aktiv im Team NICE bei Basic Infrastructure mit und gestaltest parallel ein zukunftsorientiertes Innovationsprojekt mit. Der Shared Service NICE unterstützt den Value Stream Basic Infrastructure bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Organisation und Wissen. Das Team gestaltet das Operating Model 2.0 aktiv mit, etabliert nachhaltiges End-to-End-Prozessmanagement und verbindet Prozess-Know-how mit den Möglichkeiten von AI und Automatisierung. Durch den Aufbau zentraler Wissensstrukturen schafft NICE Transparenz, fördert die Zusammenarbeit und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Wertschöpfung. Während des Programms baust du ein starkes Netzwerk innerhalb von NET auf und erhältst durch einen internationalen Besuch wertvolle Einblicke über die Landesgrenzen hinaus. Programmstart ist im Februar 2027.

• Weiterentwicklung des Prozessmodells und des Operating Model 2.0
• Dokumentation und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen
• Identifikation von AI- und Automatisierungspotenzialen, sowie Unterstützung von Agentic-AI- und Automatisierungsinitiativen
• Entwicklung von Use Cases mit messbarem Business Value
• Aufbau und Pflege eines zentralen Prozess-, Organisations- und Wissens-Repositorys

Deine Skills

• Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Uni/FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbarem Umfeld (Abschluss nicht länger als ein Jahr her)
• Interesse an Geschäftsprozessen, AI und digitaler Transformation
• Erste Kenntnisse in Prozessmanagement oder Prozessmodellierung
• Verständnis für Organisationsmodelle und End-to-End-Prozesse
• Freude daran, AI- und Automatisierungspotenziale zu identifizieren
• Fähigkeit, zwischen Business-Anforderungen, Prozessen und Technologie zu vermitteln
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
