Internship : Operations Associate

Your Mission From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup. Partao is one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B and B2C marketplaces for agricultural and construction parts, backed by VC funding and led by ex-corporate executives from Amazon, HelloFresh, and Autodoc - connecting thousands of brands and millions of products on one platform. As we continue to scale, we're opening multiple internship tracks across key business functions. We're looking for proactive people who thrive in a fast-moving environment, learn new systems quickly, and are eager to make an impact from day one. Your Impact Support day-to-day operational execution across orders, suppliers, and logistics. Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time from purchase to delivery. Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to resolve operational issues. Monitor order status, lead times, and service levels. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements. Help define and document operational workflows and SOPs. Maintain clean and accurate data in ERP / operations tools. Support scaling operations as volume grows. Your Talent Bachelor’s degree (operations, business, supply chain, engineering, or similar) — completed or in final year. Strong organizational and execution skills. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities. Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and operational decisions Detail-oriented with a bias for accuracy. Proactive and able to take ownership in a startup environment. Nice to Have Prior internship or coursework in operations, logistics or supply chain. Experience working with order flows, vendors, or logistics partners Moderate data analysis skills (AI tools and spreadsheets). Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or simialr), or spreadsheet modeling.
