As part of the Customer Care Europe team, you will support the accurate and timely processing of customer orders while collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions. - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system while meeting established timelines.
- Verify order details, commercial information, delivery terms, and payment milestones to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage and maintain customer, partner, and supplier information in internal systems.
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify requirements and support smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
- Monitor order progress, resolve order holds, and support timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Trade Compliance, Order Management, and other functions to address order-related issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Recent graduate or currently completing the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence in learning new digital tools and systems.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Previous internship, academic project, volunteer, or extracurricular experience involving customer interaction, administration, or business processes.
- Exposure to Oracle, ERP, CRM, or other business systems through coursework, internships, or practical experience.
- Additional European language skills.
