Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Backend Developer Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of scalable web applications. This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers on real projects while gaining valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend APIs and services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint activities.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Learn and apply backend development best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation where required.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Basic understanding of ORM tools for database operations.
• Experience using tools like postman or swagger to test backend end point.
• Understanding of standard HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
• Basic understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Git and version control is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Understanding data validation and model state handling in ASP.NET Core.
