Monthly Salary: 2.426€ gross

What you can expect
- You’ll support us as the point of contact for candidates throughout the application process, as well as with all matters related to recruiting
- You’ll create and manage our job postings and independently review applications
- You’ll maintain our applicant tracking system and assist with preparing and coordinating interviews
- You’ll work with us to develop new ideas for continuously improving our recruiting processes

- Advanced studies in economics, social sciences, or a comparable field
- You are interested in the recruiting lifecycle and talent acquisition, and you enjoy interacting with people
- You have a structured, reliable, and independent work style and are highly motivated to learn
