Internship: Strategy & Transformation Intern

Location: About the role: We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Master's student to join our Strategy & Transformation team for a 6-month paid internship. The successful candidate will work directly with the Strategy and Transformation team, supporting key strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business. Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, min. 2 days at the office) Type: Internship - Not Suitable for Thesis Length: 6 months Time: 40 hours/week (min 36 hours) Expected Start Date: ASAP The impact you’ll make: Key Responsibilities: • Support the development and execution of strategic reviews and growth plans • Assist in analyzing market opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth • Contribute to profitability improvement programs and portfolio reviews • Prepare strategic presentations and reports for senior management • Conduct market research and competitive analyses • Support stakeholder management and communication initiatives The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: • Current Master's student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Important: Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period . Formal documentation of which may be requested at any time. Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
