Internship – Sustainability Performance – January 2026 (M/F)

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from 6th January 2027. Shivani KUMAR, Sustainability Performance Manager in the team Sustainable Finance will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Extra financial ratings and rankings :

• Support collaborative responses to selected ESG questionnaires through engagement with internal stakeholders, data collection, evidence review and identification of improvement opportunities (MSCI, ISS, Ecovadis, FTSE4Good etc.)

• Support the consolidation, analysis of the results and data quality

• Contribute to the ESG Ratings 2027 Communication Plan for various internal stakeholders (Investor relations team, public affairs, sustainability experts, sustainable finance etc.)

• Support on on-going team projects (Controversy management, Data consolidation etc.)

• Sustainability Disclosures and reporting: Support the team on various sustainability reporting such as key sustainability communications: Danone’s Integrated Annual Report, Universal Registration Document etc.

• INTERNSHIP : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months

• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school

• Curious, strongly adaptable, proactive and good communication skills

• Comfortable working with data management via Excel and Copilot

• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
