(Internship) Telesales

Role Description This is an internship Telesales role based in Cairo, Egypt, offered in a hybrid format that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will engage with potential and existing customers by phone to present AZAR’s services, answer inquiries, and support the sales process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, documenting interactions in the CRM system, and coordinating with the sales and design teams to ensure accurate information is shared. The role also involves handling basic customer support requests, offering clear explanations of service offerings, and participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and telesales techniques.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
• Foundational Sales and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and contribute to closing deals.
• Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning to develop telesales techniques and product understanding.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Cairo, Egypt, with reliable internet access for remote tasks.
• Basic proficiency with phone systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple calls and follow-ups with attention to detail.
• Interest in design, branding, or pop culture is an advantage and supports alignment with AZAR’s creative culture.
