- Design and manage Microsoft Intune configuration and compliance policies across a large-scale international endpoint environment.
- Deploy and maintain Windows Autopilot, ensuring a seamless and automated device provisioning experience.
- Manage the Windows update lifecycle through Windows Update for Business, deployment rings, and phased rollout strategies.
- Package, deploy, and maintain corporate applications, including Win32, MSI, and Microsoft Store apps.
- Work closely with identity teams to implement Microsoft Entra ID conditional access policies, dynamic groups, and compliance-based access controls.
- Automate operational tasks, reporting, and remediation processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Contribute to SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune migration initiatives and co-management strategies.
- Support the integration and governance of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint within the endpoint management framework.
- Produce technical documentation and compliance evidence required for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to local IT teams across multiple countries.
- Initial call with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Interview to discuss your background, experience, and career goals.
- Technical interview with the specialist team.
- Final meeting with the client.
- Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows 10/11 endpoint management.
- Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
- Ability to work autonomously in international environments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience with SCCM to Intune migrations and co-management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience managing macOS and mobile devices through Intune.
- Previous experience in regulated sectors such as banking or insurance.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MD-102, SC-300) and familiarity with ITIL.

📍 Hybrid working model: 2-3 days onsite in Madrid (Hortaleza), remaining days remote.
