Inventory Associate

Role Description This part-time remote Inventory Associate role supports decommissioning operations by maintaining accurate and timely inventory records. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, updating inventory databases, and reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and recorded data. The Inventory Associate helps ensure that materials, equipment, and supplies are correctly documented, labeled, and organized for efficient access and use by project teams. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, responding to inventory-related inquiries, and maintaining clear communication on stock availability and issues. The position requires adherence to safety, quality, and integrity standards while working independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory and Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock records and support operational needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to manage stock levels, prevent losses, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and respond to inventory requests effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage data, documentation, and multiple inventory tasks.
• Proficiency with inventory software or database systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles is beneficial; experience within industrial, nuclear, or highly regulated environments is an advantage.
• Relevant vocational training or education in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
