Job Summary
Builds and maintains customer relationships to educate and drive awareness of PartsEye supply chain solution. Provides onboarding support to new customers and introduces best practices to drive customer engagement and product utilization, thereby selling more parts and maintaining an optimal inventory. Responsible for achieving targeted levels of customer utilization of PartsEye to ensure customer satisfaction. Supports key customers to exceed customer expectations and drive high levels of engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establishes desired outcomes, creating short term and long-term goals to drive product adoption. Provides meaningful data to coach dealers on performance and provides feedback to achieve goals and improve time to value.
2. Collaborates with other Inventory Planning Department personnel in analyzing the performance, utilization, and ordering patterns by individual dealer customers in using OEC’s parts inventory management solution, PartsEye, and assists in developing a plan for improving a customer’s performance and/or utilization.
3. Uses quantitative skills to analyze data pertaining to customer inventories.
4. Achieves targeted levels of customer utilization of OEC supply chain solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Responds promptly to incoming requests from customers for product information and support; resolves client issues via phone and e-mail. Utilizes available opportunities to provide influential information that could result in additional product sales or upgrades.
6. Utilizes business intelligence tools and reporting to track usage activities; recognizes trends and makes consultative recommendations to the customer.
7. Establishes an understanding of the technical aspects regarding OEC supply chain solutions.
8. Utilizes Microsoft Dynamics CRM to capture all customer interactions and maintains valid customer account information to help drive performance; engages with KnowledgeBase, providing reliability information of the solution.
9. Establishes high level relationships with dealer management and department champions; drives customer engagement and improves overall inventory efficiency.
10. Works with Inventory Consultants to prioritize workload and leverage CRM to manage activities to ensure appropriate and timely communication and engagement with customers.
Education
A High School diploma/GED is required.
Experience
At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer service or telephone/counter service or sales capacity, or past experience in either an inside or outside business-to-business customer success role, producing quantifiable results through outbound phone contact on a regular basis. Candidates with inventory management experience highly desired.
Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent phone skills (will regularly be handling both inbound and outbound calls with customers)
· Microsoft Office Suite experience and familiarity working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Dynamics CRM and Teams
· Inventory strategies and experience working with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) would be extremely helpful
Travel
· Occasional travel for this position is required and anticipated to be up to 10% of work time.
