This position is a perfect match for someone who is looking for a role where the focus will be on managing and coordinating test purchases and offline cases ✅What this job involves: Accurate Logging: Create cases and accurately enter case details, product URLs, and pricing into our case management system HVT Flagging: Following a specific checklist, you will "flag" any listings that look like "High-Value Targets" (e.g., sellers with 500+ items in stock) for senior investigators to review. Evidence Collection: Use "point-and-click" tools to capture screenshots and save digital evidence of infringing products before they are deleted. Intelligence Briefing: Compile raw research into brief reports—organizing screenshots, cached web pages, and identified aliases into a standardized report format. Regional Test Purchase Coordination: Act as the administrative point of contact for regional partners; track the status of purchase requests from initiation to delivery. ✅What you need to have: For this position we are looking for a reliable, digital superhero with the following skills: You have an independent and efficient way of working. You are a quick learner. Previous experience of data entry role. You have good coordinating skills. You pay attention to details and value accuracy. You have excellent English skills, both written and verbal. You have good knowledge in Google tools (Slack / Sheets / Docs / Slides) and Slack. Ability to handle large volumes of data. A plus is if you have experience working with Case Management tools. Preferred but not essential, investigation and/or law enforcement experience.
