Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Karachi East District, involves advising and managing client investments with a strong focus on Shariah-compliant products and strategies. The Investment Advisor or Manager (Sales) will meet with prospective and existing clients, assess their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend suitable investment and savings solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, preparing investment proposals, monitoring portfolio performance, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also requires ongoing market and product research, collaboration with internal investment and Takaful teams, and participation in presentations, seminars, and client events. Some work from home is acceptable, provided performance, communication, and client coverage standards are consistently met.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to analyze client needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Experience in Investments and Investment Strategies, including portfolio construction and performance monitoring.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-centric approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant investment products is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., investment advisory or wealth management) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial modeling; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, work with cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
