Role Description:

The Investment and Investor Relations Manager at HPS Aviation is a full-time, hybrid role (initially will be remote on a contract basis for the first 6 months). The role is responsible for managing the company’s fundraising, investment and investor-relations activities; support Senior Management in planning financing rounds, sourcing suitable investors, preparing investment materials and data, coordinating due diligence, and monitoring investment opportunities and the company’s investment portfolio in a way that supports growth and protects the interests of the company and its shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Venture Capital, Fundraising, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, M & A or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of startup funding rounds, company valuation, cap tables and due-diligence processes.
• Ability to analyze financial statements/models and prepare investment presentations and reports; professional English and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• An established investment network is preferred; MBA or relevant professional finance/investment qualifications are an advantage.

Monthly Salay & Benefits:

EGP 50,000 plus Bonus.
