Job Summary:
The Investment Management Associate, Equity role is for a motivated individual wanting to be a member of a dynamic team responsible for impactful investment decisions. As a member of the Investment team, this individual will support equity strategy management, trading, and communications. Under the direction of the Lead Trader, this individual will model and execute trades, including trade-related analysis involving the firm’s proprietary strategies. This individual will administer the analytical platforms employed by the Equity team for security, strategy, and scenario analysis and reporting. This individual will produce, and distribute to the appropriate parties, regulatory filing(s) and will also verify and report on the adherence of the firm’s proprietary strategies to strategy policies and parameters. This individual will prepare analysis and respond to questions from internal team(s), and will be an active participant in the preparation and presentation of materials for strategy discussions and related meetings.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Completes trades for the firm's SMA strategies and prepares analytical metrices on trading activity, under the direction of the Lead Trader.
- Provides analytical support for security selection and strategies using FactSet, LSEG Workspace, TrendRating, Zephyr, other analytical platforms, at the direction of the equity strategy managers.
- Administers the analytical tools and reports employed by the Equity team.
- Prepares critical reports involving security & strategy analysis, asset allocation, external manager group, and trade-related reports.
- Produces reports pertaining to strategy & model administration, strategy compliance, trade-related, and regulatory reports (13F, 13D/G, NPX).
- Coordinates Equity team collaboration with other internal teams to answer investment inquires.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience within investment management and/or financial services required
- CFA or MBA or working toward these designations is preferred
- Prior experience in trading or investment analysis is preferred
- Previous exposure to FactSet, Zephyr, Refinitiv, Moxy or trade order management systems preferred

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 plus Annual Bonus.
