Investment Management - Investment OperationsThe Chief Investment Office (CIO) is committed to being a trusted partner that delivers efficient, risk-smart operational solutions supporting investment activities across the enterprise. The Global Hedge Management (GHM) Operations team is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join a dynamic and collaborative organization supporting Prudential Global Funding (PGF), Global Hedge Management, and affiliated businesses.
This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to capital markets, derivatives, collateral management, treasury operations, risk reporting, and investment operations. The successful candidate will develop valuable technical and analytical skills while partnering with colleagues across Investments, Treasury, Risk Management, Technology, and external financial institutions.
As an Investment Operations Associate, you will support a variety of operational processes that are critical to the firm's derivatives activities. Responsibilities may include:
Cash Management
• Support the processing and monitoring of domestic and international wire transfers for Prudential Global Funding.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and assist with cash forecasting activities.
• Process derivative-related payments, including USD and foreign cash flows.
• Research and resolve settlement exceptions and payment discrepancies.
Market Data & Valuation Support
• Maintain market data used to support the pricing and valuation of derivative instruments.
• Assist with the monitoring and validation of market data inputs including interest rates, foreign exchange rates and volatility curves.
• Support the integrity and accuracy of data maintained within investment systems.
Collateral Management
• Monitor counterparty exposures associated with derivative portfolios.
• Support daily variation margin and initial margin processes for cleared and bilateral OTC derivatives.
• Investigate collateral discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and assist with dispute resolution activities.
• Coordinate collateral movements and maintain accurate collateral records.
Trade Support
• Review and maintain derivative trade records throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Verify trade economics and key transaction details within investment systems.
• Assist in resolving settlement failures and trade-related exceptions.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from internal business partners and management.
Process Improvement & Project Participation
• Participate in operational enhancement initiatives designed to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen controls.
• Contribute to automation, process improvement, and data quality initiatives.
• Support cross-functional projects that provide exposure to different areas of the investment organization.

One of the responsibilities of this position includes the processing of wire transfers. In accordance with Prudential policy, candidates selected for this position will be required to complete applicable background screening requirements, which may include a criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence 3 days per week. Your manager will provide additional details relative to days you are expected to be on-site

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $49,400.00 to $81,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
