We're looking for an Investment Operations Specialist to play a key role in managing securities transactions across multiple markets and custodians. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Main Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end processing of securities transactions and settlements. Ensure accurate booking and accounting of transactions within client portfolios. Monitor and prioritize operations based on risk, deadlines, transaction value, and client impact. Perform trade matching and reconcile transactions with counterparties and custodians. Manage settlement instructions and follow up on pending transactions to ensure timely execution. Monitor cash and securities positions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items. Ensure operational controls are executed effectively, with proper documentation and audit readiness. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate operational risks. Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives. What We're Looking For: Experience in securities operations, settlements, asset servicing, or transaction processing within a banking or financial services environment. Strong understanding of financial markets, securities products, and post-trade activities. Proficiency in English (mandatory). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on risk and control. Ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
