Investment Product & Operations Manager

As an Investment Product & Operations Manager, you will contribute to the development of innovative investment products and platforms while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Based in Brussels, this role combines product development, project management, operational oversight and continuous improvement in a dynamic banking environment.

Your responsibilities as an Investment Product & Operations Manager :

• Drive the development and enhancement of the investment platform, including trading in equities, ETFs, bonds and mutual funds.
• Identify and implement new investment features and tools that enhance the customer experience.
• Improve and implement instrument-specific datapoints and analytics that allow customers to make informed investment decisions.
• Oversee the governance of the investible universe and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
• Monitor and develop the range of investment products, including equities, bonds and other investment solutions.
• Act as the operational lead for investment-related activities, ensuring effective processes, procedures and governance.
• Track operational, regulatory and audit-related actions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Act as an escalation point for complex investment-related customer queries and support the Contact Centre with product expertise.
• Coordinate strategic and operational projects, translating business needs into clear requirements and managing delivery across stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal and external partners to deliver investment-related initiatives.
• Support the investigation and resolution of investment-related incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products, platform developments and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve efficiency and continuously enhance investment services.

About you :

• You have a Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in investment operations, brokerage, investment products, business analysis or project management within financial services.
• You have a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, including equities, ETFs and bonds.
• You have experience coordinating projects across business, operations, technology, compliance and external stakeholders.
• You have a good understanding of investment operations, brokerage platforms and customer investment journeys.
• You are proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
