SeedBlink is building Europe’s integrated venture deal execution platform. We help founders prepare, raise capital, and manage their stakeholders, while giving investors the tools to diversify their portfolios cross-border. By integrating primary investments, secondary transactions, and equity management in one platform, we connect individual investors and institutional partners with high-growth companies - powering the next generation of European innovation.

Your mission

You’ll manage the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) used for investments, oversee the full process of investment rounds, and serve as a key link between investors and our internal teams. From onboarding to post-investment follow-up, you’ll make sure every investor’s journey is smooth, transparent, and compliant.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy engaging with multiple investors and projects at once. You’re practical, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership. When things get complex, you bring structure and calm.
• You have solid knowledge of Romanian company law, especially regarding SRL/SA structures.
• You’re curious, meticulous, and adaptable.
• You communicate clearly and handle problems with empathy and precision.
• You value process but look for ways to simplify and automate it.

Ideally, you also have

• A bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or banking.
• 2–3 years of experience working with clients or in compliance, risk, or legal operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A general understanding of the investment or startup ecosystem (a plus, not a must).

⚡ What you’ll do

• Be the operational owner of active investment rounds.
• Prepare, review, and maintain corporate and governance documentation for SPVs, including Articles of Association, Shareholders’ General Meeting (AGA) resolutions, shareholder decisions and other corporate documents.
• Support investors directly: answer questions, share updates, and help resolve issues.
• Manage and organize investment documentation, including contracts and SPV paperwork.
• Assist in preparing legal and investment materials.
• Run KYC and onboarding processes for new investors.
• Keep our internal databases accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and follow up on investor feedback and support tickets.
