TPR Operations Case Specialist (f/m/x)

Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Vendor Enablement & TPR Operations is a global team within Global Procurement that delivers the process for identifying, assessing, mitigating and tracking risk associated with Deutsche Bank’s portfolio of Vendors. The TPR Operations Team in Bucharest is a team with global operational reach, providing first level support to the Bank’s TPM process. As the primary interface, the TPR Team supports Service Risk Assessment and Vendor Risk Assessment work in line with the Bank’s Policies to ensure that relevant outsourcing Risks are appropriately addressed. The team is accountable for successfully supporting and engaging internal stakeholders and vendors to collate appropriate evidence required for vendor risk management process. Responsibilities Execute the vendor risk management support process steps in accordance with established internal procedures, policies, and guidelines, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of required actions through to completion. Perform risk assessment specific activities related to vendor and service assessments by reviewing, validating, and processing information received from stakeholders, providing accurate support and ensuring adherence to established procedures, policies, and risk management guidelines. Perform remediation actions according to audit related findings. Provide support to the business representatives on navigating the process and associated tools. Support the overall Risk review process and monitoring its completion. Escalate any overdue tasks or risks and concerns as per the defined escalation matrix. Demonstrating appropriate business etiquette, accountability, professionalism in all daily interactions (internal and external). Skills Fluent English. Very good communications skills. Strong analytical skills, attention to details and data interpretation skills. Strong organizational skills and structured approach to work. Excellent team player. Able to work in global teams Experience in a cross-cultural, global organization in an operational role is a plus.
