Role Description The Investor Relations Associate is a remote, contract role responsible for supporting communication and relationship management between founders and investors. Day-to-day tasks include preparing investor-facing materials such as pitch decks, updates, and memos, and coordinating investor outreach, follow-ups, and meeting logistics. The role involves researching investor profiles and market trends, tracking deal pipelines, and maintaining accurate records of investor interactions. The Associate will help organize virtual investor meetings, summarize key takeaways, and support founders in addressing investor questions and requests. This position works closely with senior team members to ensure consistent, professional communication and timely reporting to investors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations and Communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, concise investor updates and presentations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Investments knowledge, with the ability to interpret financial information and market data.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Private Equity and broader capital markets, including an understanding of investor expectations and fundraising processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Candidates should possess comfort working in a remote, cross-border environment, with proactive time management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or investor relations is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
