We will train the right candidate for the role. Remote Work Flexibility This position offers hybrid work flexibility within Maine (minimum 2 in-office days per week). The Position During your initial three to six months at Stone Coast, you’ll be supported by a dedicated training team. This team will train and prepare you to be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for investors, delivering timely information and exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and hedge fund managers. You’ll build strong client relationships while gaining knowledge of fund structures, investor transactions, and industry regulations. This role also offers exposure to legal and entity formation documents, fund offering materials, and subscription agreements. Qualifications We’re seeking candidates who are: Professional communicators with strong verbal and written skills Focused on providing a high level of client service Quick learners, especially with new systems and technology Adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments Detail-oriented, organized, and conscientious Team-oriented and enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues and clients Education Requirements A four-year college degree is required. The actual salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, specific responsibilities and assignments, and internal equity considerations. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
