As an Invoicing Officer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly by ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant. Working closely with the Head of Billing and a wide network of stakeholders, you'll gain valuable exposure to financial operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. What You Will Do You’ll take ownership of invoice processing and review activities, ensuring invoices are issued accurately, on time, and in line with agreed service levels and client expectations. You’ll help drive billing excellence by managing recoverable expenses, monitoring payments, and ensuring financial information is captured and allocated correctly. You’ll analyse timesheet and billing data, investigate exceptions, and collaborate with teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. You’ll contribute to month‑end activities by preparing billing and recovery reports, supporting debtor management, and providing valuable insights that support informed decision‑making. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for billing‑related queries, working closely with operational and finance teams to resolve issues, share best practices, and identify opportunities to enhance processes through automation and continuous improvement. You have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and, ideally, some exposure to the financial services or fund environment. You are highly organised, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage workloads effectively, even during peak periods. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with billing and reporting tools. You are a strong communicator and team player, able to collaborate with stakeholders, resolve queries, and promote best practices; fluency in English is essential Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
