As a Senior Officer, you'll contribute to the delivery of company secretarial and entity management services, helping to maintain high standards of governance, accuracy and client service while supporting a diverse portfolio of entities. You'll work closely with colleagues across different jurisdictions, contribute to process improvements, support the development of team members and play an important role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence across the business. Main Responsibilities Take ownership of entity management and company secretarial activities, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders. Process and coordinate requests across multiple jurisdictions, supporting the efficient delivery of entity management services. Manage activities through internal systems and platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Support the delivery of corporate administration and governance activities in line with applicable laws, regulations and best practices. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate the smooth progression of requests and service delivery. Provide guidance and support to team members on technical and operational matters. Contribute to reporting, dashboards and management information that support business planning and performance insights. Support managers with the coordination of day-to-day team activities and service delivery initiatives. Build strong relationships with colleagues across Ocorian's global network to support high-quality client outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency and service excellence. Experience within company secretarial, entity management, corporate administration or a related financial services environment. Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management and financial services structures. Knowledge of company law, regulatory requirements and industry best practices within a professional services or financial services environment. Experience supporting corporate administration activities and working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Ability to provide guidance and support to colleagues while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
