iOS Developer

Join our team as an iOS developer!

Central Media Group is looking for an experienced iOS developer to join our team.

As an iOS developer at Central You will design, develop and maintain existing and new iOS applications within Central Médiacsoport’s portfolio, with a strong focus on business needs, product quality and user experience.

Please note that Hungarian language skills are a mandatory requirement for this role.

What will you do?

• Proactively participate in product and development planning, supporting business, UX/UI, BI and backend teams with iOS-specific expertise.
• Monitor the stability and performance of existing iOS applications and implement improvements where necessary.
• Review, assess and implement development requests coming from the business and product teams.
• Keep the applications’ App Store presence up to date in line with business requirements and manage application releases.
• Identify, define and implement technical improvements required for the long-term maintainability, stability and performance of the applications.
• Deliver development tasks in line with agreed priorities and deadlines.
• Keep up to date with relevant technologies, iOS development trends and industry best practices, and communicate development or training needs to the manager.

What do we expect from you?

• Solid knowledge of iOS SDK and Xcode.
• Strong knowledge of Swift.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services and JSON.
• Experience with Git and GitHub and/or GitLab.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatfrom
• Experience with AI assisted development and agentic workflows
• Understanding of the iOS application lifecycle and App Store release process.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product/business stakeholders and other members of the development team.
• Fluent English.
