IP Recordals Analyst (Entry level)

We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst to join our Recordals team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on tasks related to the end-to-end Recordals process, inclusive of all IP types. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

It would be great if you also have . . .  

• Previous working experience in client facing roles

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Demonstrate responsibility for performing full range of tasks related to recordals process, with limited guidance from supervisor

• Independently fulfilling operational tasks, that include communication with the clients, communication with the network of agents and ensuring that all deadlines, both internal and external, are met.

• Responding to inquiries from clients regarding recordals process related to different IP rights Performing data verification and checking whether information provided by client is in accordance with information found on national IP databases

• Ensuring timely project delivery while fostering effective collaboration across operational teams and internal stakeholders (Customer Account Managers, Sales, Product, etc.)

About the Team   

IP Recordals is global, high functioning team that has 60+ people across Serbia and India. The role will involve working closely with our global team members to ensure the delivery of information and completion of tasks whilst working alongside other internal teams.  The team in Belgrade consists of 30 people and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Operations.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, and you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
