Actual Title: Workday Recruiting Implementation Partner. Location: Remote (United States, California). Weekly work hours: 30–40 (flexible). Interviews: 3 rounds. The Workday Recruiting (ATS) Implementation Partner will lead and execute the rollout of Workday's ATS module across a global organization. This role guides the full lifecycle of a global Workday ATS deployment—from design through post–go-live stabilization—serving as both a strategic advisor and hands-on implementation expert to ensure Talent Acquisition processes are optimized, compliant, and integrated within Workday HCM. Responsibilities include conducting discovery workshops with TA, HR, and business leaders to map current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities; translating business requirements into future-state process and configuration designs aligned with Workday best practices; defining and documenting global process standards, exceptions, and localization requirements; ensuring alignment across global stakeholders including regional compliance and TA leaders; developing training materials, user guides, and delivering live/virtual enablement sessions for recruiters, coordinators, HR, and hiring managers; providing hypercare support during initial stabilization; and recommending ongoing roadmap and optimization opportunities. Required skills and experience: proven experience leading 2+ full Workday Recruiting implementations (preferably global); deep understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and Workday Recruiting configuration; strong project management experience; ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels; exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills; global HR/compliance understanding. Education/experience: college degree required; typically 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology/Systems, or HR Operations (or 6 years with a Master’s, or 3 years with a PhD). Preferred: Workday Certification (Recruiting or HCM) strongly preferred; Project Management (PMP) preferred. Working conditions: N/A. Notes: Pay Rate $90.00/hour (W2).
