ISR Vistex Analyst & Portal Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities:

ISR Vistex Analyst

• Manage the ISR (Indirect Sales Reporting) process end-to-end
• Calculate Ship Through payments for distributors and review existing calculations.
• Clarify reporting inconsistencies by collaborating with sales representatives and internal sales teams.
• Track data loading and payments in an ISR tracker for clear payment status visibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer contacts, pricing, and Ship Through payments to meet audit requirements.
• Communicate effectively with sales, finance, distributors, and end customers (if needed) regarding ISR and Ship Through matters.
• Collaborate closely with other relevant departments to streamline processes
• Actively involved in Vistex implementation (Go live, Hypercare & business as usual)

Portal

• Provision and maintain internal and external user access within the Portal in accordance with approved access controls.
• Set up, modify, and deactivate user accounts based on business requirements and governance standards.
• Maintain the Portal Access Matrix, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Document user access changes and maintain audit-ready records in line with company controls and policies.
• Support onboarding of new distributors by configuring required Portal access and validating user setup.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Portal user administration and access management activities.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and support teams to resolve Portal dependencies and access-related matters.
• Execute other Portal administration, user access, and ISR-related Portal support activities as required.
