Installation, configuration, and maintenance of e-mail clients. Installation and maintenance of printing/copying equipment. Controlling and maintaining the backup system. Participate in the installation and configuration of the new workstations as well as in the development of the hardware equipment park provided by the company; Installs, configures, and then ensures the proper functioning of e-mail clients; Perform maintenance operations of workstations, servers, and network equipment (periodic verification of hard and soft equipment); Performs computer network management control (user policies, groups, group policies); Controls supplies stocks and prepares orders to suppliers for them from the ERP system; Reports weekly to the IT manager the problems arising in the performance of current tasks and in the operation of the computer network; Technical university studies Installation and maintenance of IT equipment Office 365 Soft skills English language - advanced level
