Our Tech Stack
Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and Microsoft (Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 10, Windows 11), Palo Alto, Jenkins and Artifactory, Jira and Confluence, Apache2, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure, PowerShell and Bash
Your Role
As part of our IT team, you will keep our internal systems stable and secure. You will also be the first point of contact for our employees and take on real responsibility from day one.
- End-user support: Provide 1st and 2nd level support by phone and in writing. You will log, prioritise, resolve and document incidents.
- Workplace & devices: Set up workstations, install and maintain hardware and software, and manage mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) including SIM cards.
- Microsoft ecosystem: Administer Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, GPOs), Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune and Azure, including hybrid identity synchronisation.
- Network & security: Manage next-generation firewalls, VPN, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, reverse proxies and DNS filtering.
- Infrastructure: Run Linux and Windows servers, virtualisation and container environments, and NAS storage. You will also look after the server room and handle updates and monitoring.
- DevOps: Maintain our CI infrastructure (Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory) and help our development teams build and troubleshoot efficient pipelines.
- International collaboration: Work closely with our teams in Austria, Germany and Hungary.
Your Profile
- Completed education in IT, computer science or a related field (e.g. technical college, university of applied sciences or university)
- Initial professional experience in IT
- Solid knowledge of Linux, Microsoft systems and networking basics
- A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a precise, independent working style
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
- Team spirit, resilience and a genuine eagerness to learn

The minimum salary for this position under the IT collective agreement is € 3.267,- gross per month for full-time employment. We are willing to pay above this depending on qualifications and experience.
