IT Application Manager

About position: Manage and enhance the SAP PLM/EH&S Packaging Master Data solution, overseeing its lifecycle, business requirements, vendors, budgets, governance, and compliance. Drive robust master data solutions that support operational excellence, sustainability, recycling, and packaging management initiatives. What you’ll do: Manage and enhance the SAP PLM / EH&S-based Packaging Master Data solution IPAS Own application lifecycle management, including maintenance, change management, releases, upgrades and operational excellence. Align and implement business requirements with R&D, GBS+ and other dx stakeholders. Manage external providers, licenses, costs and application-related budgets. Ensure governance, risk and compliance requirements in accordance with Henkel CSIS standards. Support sustainability, recycling and packaging management initiatives through robust master data solutions. What makes you a good fit: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Packaging Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in application management within an international environment. Proven experience managing SAP applications, ideally SAP R/3, PLM and EH&S solutions. Strong understanding of Master Data Management, PLM processes and system configuration. Ability to steer development and implementation partners effectively. Project management experience, excellent communication skills and fluent English. Motivation to work in a dynamic, global and cross-functional environment.
