Job Description

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to support financial and operational administrative processes within the IT Tech Ops tower. This position will help maintain accurate budget administration, invoice processing, procurement, analysis, and reporting to support efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making. The role serves as a bridge between technical teams and finance, helping ensure timely invoice submissions and alignment between financial forecasts and actuals. This role will be a contract and hybrid in Hersey, PA.

Work schedule: 1 day onsite/4 days remote

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day invoice processing and purchase order request fulfillment, including related analysis and reporting (approximately 40%)
  • Provide administrative support for budget and finance processes (approximately 30%)
  • Support operational expense procurement for IT hardware and software (approximately 10%)
  • Participate in collaboration and status meetings and perform other administrative requirements (approximately 20%)
  • Research and analyze information to support RFP preparation, budgeting, and computational needs
  • Independently research and learn processes using tools such as Copilot and existing knowledge articles, including when working under short deadlines

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience analyzing large budget data sets and managing invoices
  • Strong research, analysis, budgeting, and computational skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to research and learn processes independently within short deadlines
  • Experience with SAP VIM, Microsoft Excel, Ariba Procurement & Guided Buying, and ServiceNow request and ticket management

Preferred:

  • Experience in the telecommunications or finance industries

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$35 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
