IT Back-end Developer- (JOB BPJ)

Location: Taguig City

Work setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days wfh)

Schedule: Dayshift

• Working proficiency in Java programming and software development
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant Java development experience
• Experience working in the financial services industry (nice to have)
• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST APIs, Git, JMS, and WebLogic
• Experience with microservices architecture and Java generics
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and software design patterns
• Experience with test-driven development
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and source code repositories
• Ability to develop, configure, monitor, maintain, and enhance deployed applications
• Ability to prepare technical and development documentation, operational manuals, and training materials as needed
• Experience working with business analysts, data engineers, QA or application specialists, DevOps, and other IT teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
