IT Business Analysis (Cuautitlan)

As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will be part of the Point of Sale team, contributing to the analysis of Mexico PPG's Point of Sale needs according to our paint industry. You will help analyze all the different requirements. We got these requirements from the different concessionaires and also from internal business teams. You will be reporting to IT Manager. Key Responsibilities Analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for Point of Sale Create specifications based on the requirements analysis Support application testing, maintenance, and support in case needed to verify testing performance vs production Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Adopt and promote QA collaborating with WA team and writing test scenarios Provide on-call support and help with production issue resolution. Qualifications 5 years of experience in IT requirements analysis, translate them into specifications and experience designing systems Experience with writing test scenarios according to the specifications delivered Experience helping development teams to find issues in the production systems Benefits like pension plan, medical and life insurance, salary will be reviewed in the interview meeting. #LI-Hybrid This is a hybrid role.
