As an Associate IT Business Analyst, you’ll act as a bridge between business and technology, collaborating closely with economists and developers. You’ll contribute to automation initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into clear system specifications.

You’ll work in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and managing several automation tasks simultaneously.

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain automation requirement documents (mainly in MS Excel)
  • Test automations and validate data accuracy
  • Analyze issues and identify root causes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, workflows, and priorities
  • Perform system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Participate in cross-functional, international projects

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Business Informatics, IT, Computer Science, or similar or background in Economics with strong interest in IT
  • Very good command of English
  • Good overall computer literacy and familiarity with web applications
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

What we offer

  • Structured training program to kick-start your career
  • 10 months paid internship with strong potential for a permanent role
  • Competitive compensation package

  • Opportunity to work on diverse, real-world projects
