Location: Pune Department: Warehouse/Transportation / IT Work model: Hybrid About the Role As a Business Solutions Analyst – WTM , you will support the Business Solution Lead in the transformation of business processes involving both warehousing and transportation and maximize the value from the technology solutions that enabl e those processes (SAP S4 , EWM, WM, ECC, others) . You will be responsible for partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand in-efficiencies and challenges in a given business process and work to develop technical solutions on SAP and other platforms. This will be accomplished by gathering detailed business requirements, improving end ‑ to ‑ end business processes, and ensuring the successful deployment of system changes that affect day-to-day operations, SAP S4HANA integrations, and other related applications that are needed to run or transform the business. You will play a key role in system testing, data migration, user training, and post ‑ implementation stabilization to ensure smooth business operations for all process changes or system integrations. Main responsibilities: S4 HANA , EWM, and other applications: Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation. Collaborating with the IT team and business users to offer technical solutions and resolve issues. Transform and support advanced business functions and requirements into design. Documenting SAP/application processes and preparing progress reports Solution Testing: Execute testing in respective areas to ensure proper design preparation for process changes and implementations . C ooperate with and support local team during all UAT. Data Migration: Participating in data construction files preparation. Validated and approved pre and post load validation files with cooperation with the business users. Training: Create t raining documentation and deliver in person training (when needed) to end users for all process changes and transactions in respective areas and wh en implementing S4/EWM integrations. Support during systems/applications changes and S4 integrations: Pr ovide in person support for implementation Go Lives and Hyper care. E xpected to be knowledgeable of the solution and be the “first line of defense” for supporting users on system usage and solution queries . Go Live and hyper-care support will be provided in person and on location when needed. Business Solutions Analyst is expected to travel when necessary. Expectations : BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logisitcs, or related fields. 5+ years of experience working in SAP WM and EWM, Materials Management, Logistics Execution, Quality Management , TMS and IT related project methodologies . Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA , EWM required Knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, Power BI, and other applicable systems. Able to actively learn new data management systems quickly and perform with limited guidance. Strong verbal and written communication/documentation skills in English. Proactive attitude that prioritizes customer centric deliverable s and meets the deadlines associated with deliverables. Ability to travel for up to two weeks at a time to support business needs.
