Replies within 24 hours Job Description Responsibilities: Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, voice gateways, access points, and microwave radio equipment. Support day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response. Assist with implementation of new projects and upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processes. Work independently and collaboratively to support network availability and performance. Qualifications / Experience: Cisco Associate-level experience. Hands-on expertise with Cisco and non-Cisco routers and switches. Experience with microwave radios and wireless access points. Knowledge of the OSI model and Cisco three-layer hierarchical model. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and adaptable to new tools, technologies, and environments. CCNA certification is a plus This is a remote position.
