• Provide top-notch IT support across a wide range of systems, devices, and applications.
• Listen to client needs, document issues, and coordinate timely solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, and network problems.
• Perform a variety of tasks across operating systems, email clients, and cloud services.
• Partner with the Vitech team to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
• Document solutions and procedures clearly for future use.

Requirements

Technical Background

• Fluent in English (C1 proficiency required).
• At least 1 year of IT experience.
• Proficiency with operating systems, desktop apps, email clients, and basic networking.
