KPMG Ukraine is seeking a Head of Technology to lead our engagement team in delivering impactful results for our clients. This role involves leading projects, developing team members, and managing client relationships. As part of the IT Advisory group, you will provide services in digital transformation, IT strategy, system selection, and IT governance. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and market solutions in digital transformation, IT strategy, system selection, and IT governance. Manage client relationships and other service lines, ensuring satisfaction and successful project delivery. Initiate new services and products, contributing to the expansion of our service offerings. Design high-level IT applications architecture and oversee the development of implementation roadmaps. Actively involve in the development of team members, providing guidance and support. Execute strategic initiatives and contribute to business development activities. Collect, document, and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with client needs. Research and propose IT solutions, platforms, and systems to address business needs; develop business cases and implementation roadmaps. Engage with technology vendors to understand the functionality and capabilities of IT solutions.
