IT Continuity E2E Exercise Coordinator

Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Continuity E2E Exercise Coordinator. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site and remotely, and bringing your expertise to diverse client environments. Responsibilities: Take responsibility for activities ensuring reactivity and recovery during critical application failures. Collaborate with other teams to manage and follow up on end-to-end IT Continuity Exercises and Disaster Recovery Plans at both group and local levels, including post-exercise reporting. Act as the main contact for several tribes regarding all IT E2E Exercises topics. Conduct regular follow-ups with Tribe Resiliency and Continuity contacts to prepare E2E exercises, including identifying technical and functional validators and defining applications in scope. Coordinate E2E IT Continuity exercises, including: Validation of CRB and their readiness. Detailed capacity studies for all infrastructure components across two data centers. Close collaboration with stakeholders to prepare and collect required information. Planning DR exercises by identifying risks and preparing mitigation plans. Helping to build the Master Run Book (MRB) by collecting all necessary actions from CRBs. Facilitating the execution of DR exercises, including during nights and weekends three times a year. Work in a hybrid model: 50% in-person and 50% remote. Required Education and Skills: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise. Experience in one or more of the following domains: Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud, Application Development, Databases, Middleware. Familiarity with MS Office and Service Now. Soft Skills: Inquisitive, driven, and proactive attitude. Team player who shares knowledge and insights. Quick to make connections and willing to challenge the status quo. Ability to work under pressure. Continuous improvement mindset, eager to learn new technologies and methodologies. Comfortable with responsibility and decision-making.
