We usually respond within three days Opticore IT is a specialist Network Engineer and Project Management consultancy offering a wide variety of opportunities to work within fast-paced, challenging environments across our client base spanning multiple sectors including Finance, Broadcast Media, Telecommunications and more. Opticore IT are currently searching for a System Administrator who has experience working with CMDB administration and ITSM to come and join the team for a 3 month contract inside IR35 with scope to extend. This opportunity will require three days on site in Dunstable per week. This opportunity will work within a major UK hospitality brand supporting the ongoing maintenance, validation and improvement of Configuration Management and Service Information data within ServiceNow. What you'll be doing: Maintain and improve Configuration Item, Service and Service Offering records within ServiceNow, working across Infrastructure, Applications, Networks, Security and Service Management teams to gather and validate information. Update CI attributes, ownership, support groups and relationships in ServiceNow Validate Service and Service Offering records with Service Owners and Tower Leads; Run workshops to confirm ownership, support arrangements and escalation contacts Track remediation of missing or inaccurate records using ServiceNow reporting.
