IT Digital Project Manager

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join their Project Management Office and lead complex, enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on, capable of managing project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications, while ensuring accountability across large cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital projects with significant budgets, multiple workstreams, and extended timelines. Strong business acumen is critical, as this role requires regular interaction with executive leadership and departments outside of IT, including operations, marketing, legal, finance, and HR. Experience with Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, project governance, and tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on Project Management experience
• Digital Project Management experience
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Budgeting, forecasting, and risk management expertise
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams
• Agile project delivery experience
• Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and SharePoint experience

Nice to Have:

• PMP, CSM, or related certification
• Experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile metrics
• PMO experience within large enterprise organizations
• Experience leading multi-workstream digital transformation initiatives

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Morristown, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.
