My responsibilities:
- Planning and development of automated Windows operating system installations
- Supporting the selection of new client hardware (e.g. notebooks, convertibles, thin clients)
- Being a contact person for Windows 11 support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer
- Supporting client migrations in an international environment
- Supporting Full Disk- and File Encryption solutions
- Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level
The knowledge I own:
- Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.), German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor
- Solid knowledge of client hardware and administration of Windows 11 in enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
- Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM)
