Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Partner closely with New York-based Equity business stakeholders, COOs, and senior management to prioritize demand and align technology delivery with business strategy. • Manage vendor relationships supporting Equity platforms, including onboarding, performance oversight, and upgrade coordination. • Coordinate vendor-led changes and system upgrades impacting Equity trading and post-trade environments. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum 12+ years of experience in financial services technology, with significant experience supporting Equity Cash, Equity Finance and/or Equity Derivatives • Demonstrated leadership experience managing Front Office IT teams supporting trading desks • Strong understanding of equity trading platforms, execution workflows, and front to back processes • Experience delivering technology in highly regulated, high availability trading environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders Preferred • Experience with electronic trading, algorithmic trading, and market connectivity • Familiarity with FIX protocol and low-latency trading environments • Strong background in in-house development, system integration, and platform architecture • Experience managing vendor platforms and regulatory change programs • Knowledge of Agile delivery models and DevOps practices The expected base salary ranges from $300k-$350k.
