Location: Warsaw, Wilanów Hybrid: 3 days in office Contract Type: B2B Language Requirements: Fluent Polish and English About the Role We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead (Hands-on Azure, Cloud & ITIL) who is technically strong, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of IT operations independently. This is a hands-on role focused on Azure, cloud infrastructure, and ITIL-based service operations . You will not only coordinate services — you will actively troubleshoot issues, administer infrastructure, improve IT processes, and ensure users receive reliable and efficient IT support. You will take responsibility for IT infrastructure and service delivery across Poland and Hungary, including Azure services, on-premises systems, and cooperation with external IT service providers. The environment supports approximately 200 users and consists of Azure services and two small data centres. The infrastructure has been significantly modernized over the past two years, creating a stable and modern environment for someone who enjoys ownership and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Own daily IT infrastructure operations across Poland and Hungary Act as the main technical point of contact for infrastructure-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve operational incidents independently Administer Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments Support Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT services Manage and improve IT service processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management Coordinate external IT providers, contracts, SLAs, and service delivery Support IT procurement activities and contribute to cost control Identify risks and contribute to IT security, compliance, and business continuity improvements Improve IT processes and service quality through continuous improvement initiatives What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or related IT roles Strong background in IT infrastructure operations Hands-on experience administering Azure and cloud-based environments Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure and on-premises) Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational tasks Experience supporting users and business-critical systems Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Incident and Service Operation Experience working with external IT suppliers or outsourced IT services Understanding of IT security principles and best practices Fluent Polish and English Nice to Have ITIL certification Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or higher Experience supporting multi-country IT operations What You Get Hands-on ownership of a modern Azure and hybrid IT environment Opportunity to work directly with Azure, cloud technologies, and ITIL-based service processes A role where your technical expertise directly impacts business operations Independence and trust to solve problems and improve IT services International scope supporting IT operations across Poland and Hungary Opportunity to work with modern infrastructure that has been significantly improved in recent years Visible impact and close collaboration with users, business stakeholders, and technology partners Long-term B2B cooperation Hybrid working model in Warsaw (3 days in office) Recruitment Process Stage 1: Interview with Hiring Manager and HR Stage 2: Technical interview with IT Leadership Team If you are a proactive IT professional who enjoys working hands-on with Azure and hybrid infrastructure, solving real operational challenges, and taking ownership of IT services — we would love to hear from you.
